My work focuses on recruiting specialists and managers for industrial groups, medium-sized companies and the public sector on behalf of companies. I am driven especially by bringing people together with the aim of ensuring that they work well with each other for many years.
I am a passionate networker, founder and managing director. I have always been interested in people and their professional and personal development.
After ten years of professional experience in the industry, I decided in 2014 to focus on these topics professionally. Since then, I have been passionate about bringing companies and employees together. And I do this in a way that goes far beyond traditional recruitment and puts people at the center of my work.
In the industry in particular, there is a veritable battle for the talent of tomorrow, and today more than ever, personnel selection determines the further development of individual specialist areas or entire companies. On the other hand, today’s managers, specialists and junior staff have to be extremely adaptable and changeable in order to keep pace with globalization and digitalization.
I have recognized a need for people in this dynamic environment and therefore offer targeted coaching and career advice.
In my private life, I prefer to relax outdoors “moving”.
And preferably when I can discover something new in the process.
